FOODBANK

 

This is a charity run by churches in north west Bristol, helping people who are going through a period of crisis by giving them food packages. They support people of all faiths and none, and can also signpost clients to other sources of help, for example, advice services, health visitors, domestic abuse services, debt advice, etc.

The Foodbank has four outlets that open each week (10-12noon) at: St Andrew's Church, Avonmouth (Mondays); Hope Chapel, Hotwells (Wednesdays); Lawrence Weston Baptist Church (Thursdays); Emmanuel Chapel, Henbury (Fridays).
